This Privacy Policy specifies:

PAYMENTS

We may permit payments to be made on our website for our services through use of a third-party payment processor.  We will not store or collect your payment card details.  Payment information is provided directly to the payment processor, whose policies will apply to the processing of your payment. 

 

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. § 6501.06 and 16 C.F.R. §§ 312.1 – 312.12, we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, nor do our website(s) target children under the age of 13.  By using our Website, you represent that you are not younger than 13. We may modify, alter or update our Privacy Policy at any time, so we encourage you to review our Privacy Policy frequently. We will not provide individual notice to you of changes to our Privacy Policy, but when we make updates to our Privacy Policy, we will update the date in this section.
